my$.02 i did not ride a bike from 1980 until 2007 and when i rode it was for transportation only. i started biking/dh-ing at 40 my reasons to like blue mt. fast lift, decent length trails, the ability to rip at a good speed with out almost killing yourself. (wf has all of that) some people like the death defing white knuckle insane trails, i personally like the "almost death defing white knuckle trails" i rode white face once loved all of it, that grassy rocky section before the creek crossing i could ride a top to bottom trail like that all day. i will make it up again this year and will make sure to say hey

Hey Mike, I've seen that your the pinkbike representitive for whiteface. And i just had a few quick questions for you because i am going to whiteface this weekend to ride.
Q1. Where are those Wilmington dirt jumps? Can you give me an adress so i can pin point them on a map?
Q2. Is there any possibility of me having a ride guide the day i ride the mountain. Because i dont want to go on trails that will lead me to injury. However i am an experienced mountain biker and i have ridden whistler before for a whole week.
Q3. Which trails are flowy/ jumpy trails?\
Thanks
Tate

Hey planning a trip to Lake Placid (staying at KOA) and will be doing lots of riding. Doing a day of DH for sure but want to ride xc mostly. I'd love to ride to the peak if possible. Just wondering the best route. Sorry I am in the midst of searching (have dial up internet).
